摘　　要：目的评价在CT下经骶裂孔硬膜囊前间隙置管术注射药物治疗腰痛在吉林省二级中医院的推广与应用效果。方法应用经骶裂孔硬膜囊前间隙置管术注射药物治疗腰痛患者60例,比较治疗后第1天,治疗后1个月,治疗后3个月临床疗效。结果经治疗后第1天,临床有效率为96.7%,优良率为83.3%;治疗后1个月,临床有效率为96.7%,优良率为86.7%;治疗后3个月,临床有效率为96.7%,优良率为88.3%。结论经骶裂孔硬膜囊前间隙置管术治疗腰痛主要是利用注射的药物减轻突出物对神经根刺激产生的无菌性炎症。Objective To evaluate the promotion and application effect of CT-guided drug injection throughcatheterization into anterior space of dural sac via sacral hiatus in the treatment of low back pain in the second-classtraditional Chinese medical hospital in Jilin Province.Methods Patients with low back pain (n=60) treated by druginjection through catheterization into anterior space of dural sac via sacral hiatus were selected in the study.Theclinical effects recorded on 1 day after treatment,1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment were compared.Results The clinical effective rates were was 96.7%,96.7% and 96.7% for 1 day after treatment,1 month aftertreatment and 3 months after treatment,respectively.In addition,the excellent and good rates were 83.3%,86.7%and 88.3% for 1 day after treatment,1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment,respectively.Conclusion Catheterization into anterior space of dural sac via sacral hiatus for the treatment of low back pain was mainly to usethe injected drugs to relieve aseptic inflammation caused by protrusion stimulation to nerve roots.
