摘  要:本文介绍了以低空无人机遥感与高分辨率卫星遥感为代表的多源遥感技术特点,基于该技术开展四川长宁地震灾区重点受灾村镇速判、灾区受灾人口分布与灾损应急评估。实践结果表明,新兴遥测技术在突发地震或重特大地质灾害应急处置中效果较好,具有应用推广价值。This paper introduces the characteristics of multi-source remote sensing technology represented by lowaltitude UAV remote sensing and high-resolution satellite remote sensing.Based on this technology,this paper provides the speedy judgment of the key affected villages in the disaster area after the earthquake in Changning,Sichuan,and the distribution of disaster victims in the disaster area after the earthquake and the disaster emergency.The evaluation shows that the emerging telemetry technology has a better effect in emergency response or emergency response to severe geological disasters,and has great application and promotion value.
