摘　　要：社区公共危机教育供给系统是一个复杂适应系统,具有聚集性、非线性和共生性特征。受主体能力、关系模式、制度条件影响,社区公共危机教育供给系统面临供给动力、供给结构及供给信息多维困境考验,有待通过优化策略进一步完善现有供给机制,提高供给效能。具体包括:发挥正向标识引导,强化系统合力效应;完善协同供给规则,促发系统涌现效应;运用“互联网+”优势,放大共同体效应。Community public crisis education supply system is a complex adaptive system,which has the characteristics of aggregation,nonlinearity and symbiosis.Under the influence of subject capacity,relationship mode and system conditions,the community public crisis education supply system is facing the multi-dimensional dilemma of supply power,supply structure and supply information.It needs to further improve the existing supply mechanism and improve the supply efficiency through optimization strategies.Specifically,we should play a positive role in guiding the system,strengthen the resultant effect of the system,improve the synergy supply rules,promote the emergence effect of the system,and enlarge the community effect by using the advantage of“Internet plus”.
