摘  要:目的:分析影响学龄期儿童发生中度意外伤害的心理行为和家庭因素。方法:选取东莞市儿童医院2018年4月至2019年4月收治的49例因意外伤害住院的学龄期儿童作为研究组,选取同期就读于东莞市普通小学的100例儿童作为对照组,采用自制调查问卷和Conners父母症状问卷,比较两组家庭情况和儿童心理行为单因素,并进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果:研究组主要养育人受教育程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组主要养育人、家庭类型和家庭人均收入比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组品行问题、学习问题、冲动-多动、焦虑和多动指数得分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,主要养育人受教育程度低和多动指数高是儿童发生中度意外伤害的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:主要养育人受教育程度低和多动指数高是儿童发生中度意外伤害的危险因素。Objective: To analyze psychological behavior factors and family factors affecting school-age children’s moderate accidental injuries. Methods: 49 school-age children with accidental injuries admitted to Dongguan children’s hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the study group, and 100 children from the ordinary primary schools in Dongguan were selected as the control group. They were studied by a self-made questionnaire and Conners parent symptom questionnaire. Then, the family situation and children’s psychological behavior single factor were compared, and the multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed. Results: The education level of the main caregiver in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the main caregiver, family types and per capita income(P>0.05). The scores of behavior problems, learning problems, impulse-hyperactivity, anxiety and hyperactivity indexes in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, the Logistic regression analysis showed that the low education level of the main caregiver and the high hyperactivity index were the risk factors for moderate accidental injuries of the children(P<0.05). Conclusions: The low education level of the main caregiver and the high hyperactivity index are the risk factors for moderate accidental injuries of the children.
