摘　　要：目的对比分析及总结发生尿路感染的一岁内婴儿超声和核素静态扫描(DMSA)的图像特征,旨在进一步提高对一岁内婴幼儿尿路感染的诊断准确率。方法选取2016年10月~2017年4月我院收治的237例尿路感染患儿,男139例,女98例。尿常规检查白细胞数>10/HP,尿培养菌落数>105/Ml,所有病人均行肾、输尿管和膀胱超声以及放射性核素肾静态扫描。结果超声检查显示膀胱壁或肾盂壁呈双层改变,两层之间有带状低回声;肾脏节段性皮髓质回声减低,实质内出现片状减低或增强回声,形态欠规则,与周围正常肾组织边界模糊,能量多普勒显示病灶区血供减少或缺失。放射性核素肾静态扫描显示肾脏轮廓正常或伴有肿胀,病变肾实质99 mTc-DMSA呈缺失或稀疏性放射状分布。结论发生尿路感染的一岁内婴儿超声和核素静态扫描(DMSA)的图像具有一定特征性,可协助临床及时诊断及早治疗,以免造成严重的肾损害。Objective Comparative analysis and summary of image features of ultrasound and radionuclide static scanning(DMSA)in infants within one year of age with urinary tract infection,The aim is to further improve the diagnostic accuracy of urinary tract infection in infants and young children under one year old.Methods 237 children with urinary tract infection admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to April 2017 were selected,139 males and 98 females.Leukocyte count>10/HP in routine urine examination,Number of colonies in urine culture>105/Ml,Ultrasound and radionuclide renal static scan of kidney,ureter and bladder with all patients.Conclusion Infants within one year of age with urinary tract infections,their ultrasound and radionuclide static scanning(DMSA)images have certain characteristics.It can assist clinical diagnosis and early treatment,to avoid serious kidney damage.
