锁定加压钢板内固定治疗胫排骨下段粉碎性骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究分析在胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折患者中运用锁定加压钢板内固定以及解剖型钢板内固定治疗的效果差异。方法随机抽选2018年2月~2019年3月在本院手术治疗的胫排骨下段粉碎性骨折患者36例,运用抽签法分成观察组和对照组两组均为18例。对照组中的患者均为实施解剖型钢板疗法,观察组中患者均为实施锁定加压钢板术式疗法。对比组间患者手术相关指标情况。结果观察组中手术时间和对照组不存在显著差异(P>0.05),而出血量、骨折愈合时间、石膏制动时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05),正位片成角和侧位片成角均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上针对胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折患者采取锁定加压钢板内固定治疗效果显著,术后患者的康复效果良好,具有较高的推广价值。Objective To study and analyze the difference in the effect of locking compression plate internal fixation and anatomical plate internal fixation in the treatment of comminuted fracture of distal tibia and fibula.Methods Thirty-six patients with comminuted fracture of lower tibia and plateau were randomly selected from February 2018 to March 2019 in our hospital.They were divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots.The patients in the control group were treated with anatomical plate,while the patients in the observation group were treated with locking compression plate.The operation-related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),but the amount of bleeding,fracture healing time and plaster braking time were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the angulation of the positive and lateral films were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Locking compression plate internal fixation for comminuted fracture of lower tibia and fibula is effective in clinic.The rehabilitation effect of patients after operation is good,and it has high popularization value.
