摘　　要：目的评估超声内镜对上消化道隆起型病变的诊断价值。方法收集2013-09至2017-12解放军总医院第三医学中心经超声内镜检查,且病变性质明确的87例患者的资料。以病理结果为金标准,评估超声内镜诊断病变的准确率、敏感度和特异度。结果超声内镜对上消化道隆起型病变诊断的准确率、特异度和敏感度分别为96.5%、98.0%、85.1%;对病变起源层次诊断的准确率、特异度和敏感度分别为97.9%、98.7%、95.4%。结论超声内镜对上消化道隆起型病变具有较高的诊断价值,可为内镜下治疗提供可靠的依据。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis of upper digestive tract lesions.Methods 87 patients were enrolled in this study who underwent endoscopic ultrasonography at the endoscopy center of the Third Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from September 2013 to December 2017.The pathological results were used as the gold standard to assess the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of endoscopic ultrasonography of lesions.Results The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis of upper digestive tract lesions were 93.8%,98.0%and 85.0%,respectively.The diagnostic accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of the lesion's origin were 95.9%,96.7%,98.3%.Conclusions Endoscopic ultrasonography has a high diagnostic value for upper digestive tract lesions and can provide a reliable basis for endoscopic treatment.
