摘　　要：随着大城市机动化进程的不断推进,核心区的环境与交通问题也日益凸显,配合城市设计其共性问题依旧显著,个性问题也不容忽视.以法源寺历史文化核心保护区为例,现状区域路网、停车、交通管理等方面存在诸多老旧街区的通病,然而作为文保单位,胡同拓展性差、文保景观设计要求高等个性突出,给交通规划提出更高的要求.为响应新版《北京城市总体规划(2016—2035年)》,落实法源寺历史文化核心保护区的保护工作,切实提升区域居民的交通出行生活,结合城市中心区改造存在的共性及个性问题,从交通微循环、步行系统、非机动车停车及机动车停车规划4方面展开交通环境提升工作.With the continuous advancement of urban motorization,traffic problems in the core region have become increasingly prominent.The common problems are still significant,and the personality problems also cannot be ignored.Taking the core historical and cultural protection area of Fayuan Temple as an example,there are many common problems in the historical districts,such as road network,parking,and traffic management.At the same time,the poor expansibility of Hutong,the high individuality of cultural protection and landscape design requirements are prominent,presenting challenges to transportation planning.In response to the General Planning for Beijing Municipality(2016—2035),to implement the protection of Fayuan Temple historical and cultural core protection area,and to effectively enhance the traffic and travel life of residents in the region,this paper combines the current problems commonality and individuality,and traffic promotion is carried out from four aspects:road network planning,travel planning,non-motor vehicle parking and motor vehicle parking.
