摘 要:常州至泰州城际铁路不仅是江苏省高速铁路网中的南北向主要通道和重要中轴线,同时兼具京沪(杭)辅助通道和沿海辅助通道的部分功能,是长三角城市群城际铁路网的重要组成部分,也是推进常泰跨江融合一体化的综合交通走廊的骨干交通方式.本文先后分析了沿线经济社会特征、交通运输结构,并根据本线在路网中的功能定位,以“四阶段”法对项目运输需求进行了预测,在上述基础上对项目的建设必要性进行了详细的剖析,为决策者提供依据,为项目投资者提供参考.The Changzhou-Taizhou Intercity Railway is not only the main north-south corridor and central axis of Jiangsu Province s high-speed railway network,but also a part of the Beijing-Shanghai(Hangzhou)auxiliary corridor and the coastal auxiliary corridor.It is an important part of the Yangtze River Delta Region urban agglomeration intercity railway network and the backbone of the integrated transport corridor to promote Changzhou-Taizhou s river-crossing fusion and integration.This paper has analyzed the economic and social characteristics and transportation structure of the areas along the railway line successively.The transportation demand of this project has been predicted with the theory of“four stages”prediction according to its function and orientation in the correlative railway network.On the basis of the above analysis,the necessity of building this railway has been examined in detail,which can provide the decision-making bases for decision-makers and provides the references for project investors.
