摘 要:本文通过在Abaqus建立高压并联集合式电容器绝缘框架在吊装及运输各种载荷工况下的分析模型,对绝缘框架在上述工况载荷条件下进行有限元仿真分析,根据有限元仿真所得结果,得到各种工况下绝缘框架各部件最大应力值均低于材料强度极限,满足集合式电容器相关设计要求。根据上述仿真模型设计绝缘框架实物样机,通过简单实物吊装试验及其他型式试验,验证绝缘框架强度满足产品使用要求,同时也验证了仿真计算结果的可信性,为后续同类产品研制提供可借鉴的设计和验证方法。In this paper, the finite element simulation analysis of the insulation frame under the above conditions is carried out by establishing an analysis model of the high-voltage parallel assembled capacitor insulation frame under various load conditions in hoisting and transportation based on Abaqus. Finally, according to the results of finite element simulation, the maximum stress values of the components of the insulation frame under various working conditions are lower than the material strength limit, which meets the design requirements of the collective capacitor. According to the above simulation model, the physical frame of the insulation frame is designed. Through the simple physical lifting test and other type tests, the strength of the insulation frame is verified to meet the requirements of the product. At the same time, the credibility of the simulation results is verified. The design and verification methods can be used for the development of subsequent similar products.
