摘 要:石化企业小型溢油事故屡见不鲜,因为溢油量少不易被发现,所以极易进入外环境造成环境污染。但目前溢油监测设备大多安装于码头用于海上大型溢油事故的监测预警,针对小型溢油事件监测预警的溢油监测技术选择与设备选型都不明朗。针对石化企业的特点,结合现有的溢油监测设备产品,分别从监测原理模式、设备组件两方面提出针对小型溢油事件的最佳溢油监测预警技术与相应的设备选型要点,并结合石化企业特征对溢油监测预警设备的安装方式提出思考,为石化企业进行相应设备选型与研发提供参考。Small oil spills in petrochemical enterprises are not uncommon,because oil spills are less likely to be detected,so it is easy to enter the external environment and cause environmental pollution.However,most of the oil spill monitoring equipment is currently installed at the terminal for monitoring and early warning of large oil spill accidents at sea.The selection of oil spill monitoring technology and equipment selection for small oil spill monitoring and early warning are unclear.Based on the characteristics of petrochemical enterprises and the existing oil spill monitoring equipment products,this paper proposes the best oil spill monitoring and warning technology for small oil spills and the corresponding key points for equipment selection from two aspects,monitoring principle mode and equipment components and installation methods respectively.Based on the characteristics of petrochemical enterprises,the installation method of oil spill monitoring and early warning equipment is put forward,which provides reference for the selection and development of relevant equipment in petrochemical enterprises.
