摘  要:为了预防粮食粉尘爆炸,对收集的1785-2017年国内外发生的多起粮食粉尘爆炸事故的时间、地点、粮食粉尘类型、点火源种类以及涉及设备进行分析。分析结果表明,20世纪70-90年代是发生粮食粉尘爆炸事故的高峰期,美国发生粮食粉尘爆炸事故的次数居首位,工业动火和摩擦火花是引发爆炸的主要原因,玉米粉尘和小麦粉尘最容易引发粉尘爆炸,最常发生粉尘爆炸的设备主要是提升机和筒仓。分析结果将有助于粮食加工和储存行业识别粮食粉尘的爆炸危险,及加强对人员和设备的安全管理,这对企业降低粉尘爆炸的可能性具有一定的参考价值。In order to prevent grain dust explosion,the time,place,grain dust type,ignition source and related equipment of a number of grain dust explosion accidents occurred at home and abroad from 1785 to 2017 are analyzed.Analysis results show that the 70-90′s of the 20 th century is the peak period of grain dust explosion accidents occurred,the number of American grain dust explosion accidents occurred in the first place,industrial hot spark and friction is the main reason for the explosion,corn and wheat dust are most likely to cause dust explosion,equipment that dust explosions occur most often is mainly hoist and silos.The results will help the grain processing industries and storage industries to identify the explosion hazard of food dust and strengthen the safety management of personnel and equipment,which has certain reference value for enterprises to reduce the possibility of dust explosion.
