摘　　要：分析在高废钢比转炉冶炼兑铁过程产生大量烟气外溢的原因,介绍在优化废钢品质、提升除尘的能力、创新管理机制等方面实施的控制措施,使烟气外溢从686次/月逐步降低到45次/月。The causes of large amount of flue gas emitting in the smelting process of converter with high scrap ratio were analyzed, and the control measures implemented in optimizing the quality of scrap steel, improving the capacity of dedusting, and innovating the management mechanism were introduced, so as to gradually reduce the flue gas emitting from 686 times per month to 45 times per month.
