摘 要:袋鼠花(Anigozanthos flavidus)是重要的盆栽花卉,具有较高的经济价值,为了实现盆栽袋鼠花生产中对可再生基质椰糠的利用,以盆栽袋鼠花为研究对象,采用不同椰糠配比基质添加不同基肥对盆栽袋鼠花进行栽培,探究不同椰糠配比基质对盆栽袋鼠花成活率、营养生长以及生殖生长的影响。研究结果显示,椰糠配比过高会导致盆栽袋鼠花成活率降低;未添加基肥的不同椰糠配比基质均不同程度的出现叶片缺绿和黄斑等氮素缺乏症状;与对照草炭∶珍珠岩=4∶1(V/V)的基质相比,椰糠∶珍珠岩=3∶1(V/V)添加2 kg/m3缓释肥获得相近的盆栽袋鼠花成活率、营养生长和生殖生长状况。因此,椰糠∶珍珠岩=3∶1(V/V)添加2 kg/m^3缓释肥可以应用于盆栽袋鼠花生产中,替代不可再生的草炭基质。Anigozanthos flavidus is an important potted flower with high economic value. In order to use the renewable coir dust as a substrate in the production of potted Anigozanthos flavidus, the coir dust was mixed with basal fertilizer at different proportions and used for pot culture of A. flavidus, and the survival rate, and the vegetative and reproductive growth of the potted A. flavidus were observed for analysis. The results showed that the mixed substrate with high proportion of coir dust decreased the survival rate of the potted A. flavidus. The potted A. flavidus planted in the mixed substrate with different proportions of coir dust without basal fertilizer showed nitrogen deficiency to different degrees, such as chlorisis and yellow spots of leaves. The mixed substrate(coir dust∶perlite = 3∶1, V/V) added with 2 kg/m3 slow-release fertilizer showed similar survival rate,and vegetative and reproductive growth of the potted A. flavidus with those of the control(peat ∶ perlite = 4∶1,V/V). Thus, the mixed substrate(coir dust ∶ perlite = 3∶1, V/V) added with 2 kg/m^3 slow-release fertilizer could be applied in the production of the potted A. flavidus, and the coir dust can be used to replace peat, the nonrenewable substrate.
