社会评估视角下的乡村旅游开发--以四川光雾山景区为例

摘　　要：乡村旅游开发强调的是"发展与保护",以四川光雾山景区为例,通过旅游致富是当地的主要脱贫手段,但是光雾山景区乡村旅游开发中存在着发展不均衡、村民参与度不高和环境破坏严重的问题。本文通过世界银行的社会评估维度,从社会评估视角探讨了乡村旅游开发的3个主要问题。乡村旅游开发的社会评估具有综合性,需要有多种维度以及人类学的视角。文章强调了乡村旅游经济发展中自然资源以及村民的参与是不可忽略的因素,并且给出了相应的建议。Development and protection is emphasized in the rural tourism development. Guangwu Mountain Tourism area was taken as a case study in development and protection. Tourism industry is a major method to improve local people’s living condition. There were some problems arising from the tourism development in the Guangwu Mountain Tourism area, in development and protection, such as imbalanced development, low participation level of local farmers and severe environment destruction. The three major problems arising from the rural tourism development were discussed based on the World Bank social assessment. The social assessment of the rural tourism development was comprehensive and should be made from various dimensions and an anthropological view.. Natural resources and farmer’s participation were factors that should not be neglected in the rural tourism development. Some suggestions on rural tourism development were also made.
