摘　　要：EPCC总承包模式作为一种先进的项目组织形式,在传统EPC总承包模式的基础上增加了试车工作,因此试车工作的执行情况将会直接影响EPCC项目的执行结果.文章通过对某海外EPCC项目试车工作流程分析,总结归纳了海外EPCC项目试车工作的流程与特点,梳理了一套完整的试车工作方法.As an advanced organization of project,EPCC contracting adds commissioning work to traditional EPC contracting method,therefore the execution of commissioning will affect the execution of EPCC project.This article analyzes commissioning work procedure of an oversea EPCC project,summarizes the work method and characters of EPCC commissioning,organizes complete work procedure,and provides a reference for development of commissioning work for EPCC contracting project.
