摘　　要：随着提产降耗的要求不断深入,早期低温甲醇洗系统的塔盘是采用新型浮阀塔盘优势已经不太突出,因产量提高出现的塔盘脱落和压降增大使得塔板无法正常操作,严重制约后续岗位甲醇的生产.世林化工通过与天津奥展兴达化工技术有限公司综合分析各类工艺技术的先进性和工业实际生产应用情况,同时与制约世林化工低温甲醇洗洗涤系统提产带液、系统压降大等问题相结合,进行了双层垂直筛板塔板的研制与应用研究.with the requirement of increasing production and reducing consumption,the advantage of using new floating valve tray in the early low-temperature methanol washing system is not very prominent.The tray falling off and pressure drop increasing due to the increase of production make the tray unable to operate normally,which seriously restricts the methanol production in the following posts.With the Tianjin Olympic exhibition Xingda Chemical Technology Co.,Ltd.,Shilin chemical industry has comprehensively analyzed the advanced technology of various processes and the actual industrial production and application.At the same time,it has combined with the problems that restrict the production of liquid and the pressure drop of the system in the low temperature methanol washing and washing system of Shilin chemical industry.
