摘　　要：文章主要介绍了煤气化工艺氧气加热介质的节能优化改造,通过不同负荷生产试验,掌握改造加热介质后实际氧气预热器性能,通过对不同负荷试验掌握实际生产中氧气温度参数,以便为实际生产提供可靠数据,通过对氧量及加热锅炉水量调整,测试氧气预热器能否达到原设计效率.经实际测试结果证明,通过锅炉水加热氧气,氧气流量与温度达到了蒸汽加热效果,满足生产需求,运行稳定可靠.This paper mainly introduces the oxygen energy-saving optimizing reconstruction of heating medium coal gasification process,production test,through different load master transform actual oxygen preheater performance after heating medium,based on the different load test master oxygen temperature parameters in the process of production,so as to provide reliable data for the actual production,by means of oxygen and water heating boiler adjustment,testing oxygen preheater can reach the original design efficiency.Through the actual test results,the boiler water heating oxygen,oxygen flow and temperature to achieve steam heating effect,meet the production demand,stable and reliable operation.
