摘　　要：李学军教授针对脾胃病的病机特点,结合自身近三十年临床经验,提出了“调平归源法”治疗脾胃病。“调平归源法”旨在通过“调阴阳,调脏腑,调气血,调虚实,调寒热,调升降”而取得“后天之本得固,气血生化有源”之疗效目的,广泛应用于脾胃病临床治疗。论文从调平归源法的理论依据、内涵与临证心悟等方面来阐述李教授运用调平归源法治疗呃逆病之临床心得体会。Professor LI Xuejun proposed the method of“leveling and returning to the source”to treat spleen and stomach disease according to the pathogenesis characteristics of spleen and stomach disease and combined with his nearly 30 years of clinical experience.The“leveling and returning to the source method”aims to achieve the curative effect of“acquiring the natural foundation,activating blood and biochemistry”through“adjusting yin and yang,regulating viscera,regulating blood and Qi,regulating deficiency and reality,regulating cold and heat,and regulating ascending and descending”.Used in the clinical treatment of spleen and stomach disease.The thesis expounds the clinical experience of Professor Li’s treatment of hiccup disease from the theoretical basis,connotation and clinical evidence of the leveling and returning method.
