补肾活血方联合沙利度胺治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾活血方联合沙利度胺治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为两组,对照组予沙利度胺,治疗组予补肾活血方联合沙利度胺,疗程均为8周。比较治疗前后巴氏强直性脊柱炎功能指数(BASFI),巴氏强直性脊柱炎活动指数(BASDAI),强直性脊柱炎病情活动度评分(ASDAS),脊柱痛(VAS),患者总体评估(PGA),夜间疼痛评分,指地距,检测两组治疗前后血沉等相关炎症指标,对疗效及安全性进行评价。结果:治疗组治疗后上述评分均较对照组低,指地距离较对照组短;症候评分及炎症相关指标下降幅度均较对照组大(P<0.01);ASAS20及ASAS40达标率也明显多于对照组。结论:补肾活血方联合沙利度胺治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效优于单用沙利度胺,且安全性较高。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with thalidomide on ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given thalidomide,and the treatment group was given Bushen Huoxue Fang combined with thalidomide.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,the ankylosing spondylitis function index(BASFI),the ankylosing spondylitis activity index(BASDAI),the ankylosing spondylitis disease activity score(ASDAS),the spinal pain(VAS),and the overall patient assessment(PGA),Night pain score,refers to the ground distance,detection of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and other related inflammation indicators before and after treatment in both groups,to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results:The above-mentioned scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and the finger-to-ground distance was shorter than the control group.Control group.Conclusion:The effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with thalidomide on ankylosing spondylitis is better than thalidomide alone,and it has higher safety.
