肩凝汤加减联合肩关节功能锻炼法治疗风寒湿痹型肩周炎

摘　　要：目的:观察肩凝汤加减联合肩关节功能锻炼法治疗肩周炎(风寒湿痹型)的临床疗效。方法:随机选取符合标准的肩周炎患者60例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各30例,观察组采用安徽中医药大学第一附属医院骨科张建华教授的肩凝汤加减联合肩关节功能锻炼法,对照组采用肩关节功能锻炼法治疗,治疗2个疗程后观察2组患者治疗前后的Neer肩关节功能评分、总有效率。结果:治疗2个疗程后,观察组患者的总有效率93.3%,高于对照组患者的76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且2组病人Neer肩关节功能评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肩凝汤加减联合肩关节功能锻炼治疗肩周炎(风寒湿痹型)疗效确切,可明显减轻患者疼痛,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of shoulder coagulation decoction combined with shoulder joint functional exercise method for periarthritis of shoulder(Wind-cold-dampness type).Method:Randomly select 60 patients with periarthritis of shoulders who were in accordance with the standard,and randomly divided them into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.Functional exercise method.The control group was treated with shoulder joint exercise method.After 2 courses of treatment,the Neer shoulder function score and total effectiveness of the 2 groups of patients before and after treatment were observed.Results:After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 93.3%,which was higher than 76.7% of the patients in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the Neer shoulder function scores of the two groups of patients were different Statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The addition and subtraction of Jianning Decoction combined with functional training of shoulder joints has a definite effect on the treatment of periarthritis of the shoulder(Wind-cold-dampness type),which can significantly reduce the pain of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
