摘 要:体育场馆冠名权是权利主体拥有的对体育场馆冠以权利主体名称的权利,其本质是能够在原始主体和继受主体之间转移的体育场馆命名权。体育场馆冠名权具有多维属性,突出表现在法律属性、经济属性、交易属性、社会属性、发展属性和风险属性上。明晰体育场馆冠名权的多维属性特征,对于理顺我国体育场馆冠名权市场机制、提高我国体育场馆冠名权市场运作效率、保证体育场馆冠名权人格权和财务权的实现、实现体育场馆冠名权对社会与公众的积极作用、确保冠名权交易收益具有重要的意义。Venue naming rights is the right which is owned by right holder to name the venue.It can be transferred from primitive subject to successive subject essentially.The venue naming rights has multidimensional attributes,conspicuously including legal attribute,economic attribute,transactional attribute,social attribute,developing attribute and risking attribute.Clearing the multidimensional attributes and features,is significant to smooth the market mechanism and improve the market operational efficiency of Chinese venue naming rights,guarantee the realization of the personality rights and financial rights of the sports stadium naming rights,the positive effect of the sports stadium naming rights on the society and the public,and ensure the trading income of the naming rights.
