摘　　要：随着新时代的到来以及我国社会主要矛盾的转变,使得充分发展与全面发展的重要关系愈加凸显。充分发展有着与马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论相同的终极价值追求,是人的全面发展中不可缺少的阶段性发展。对充分发展视域下的普通高校公共体育教育进行理论探索,不仅顺应当前我国高校体育教学改革的大趋势,而且也契合当代大学生发展的实际。依托新时代与高校教改的大背景,对充分发展的理论、概念,以及与全面发展和普通高校公共体育教育的关系进行解析,在此基础上,探索普通高校公共体育教育开展充分发展教育模式的影响因素、运行模式、实施机制、保障机制。With the arrival of the new era and the transformation of the main social contradictions in China,the important relationship between full development and all-round development has become increasingly prominent.Full development has the same ultimate value pursuit as Marxism’s theory on the comprehensive development of human beings,and is an indispensable staged development in the comprehensive development of human beings.Theoretical exploration of public physical education in ordinary colleges and universities under the perspective of full development not only conforms to the current trend of college physical education reform in China,but also conforms to the reality of the development of contemporary college students.Based on the background of the new era and the teaching reform in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the theory and concept of full development,as well as the relationship between full development and public physical education in colleges and universities.On this basis,it explores the influencing factors,operation mode,implementation mechanism and guarantee mechanism of the full development of public physical education in colleges and universities.
