摘　　要：L-岩藻糖是一种寡糖,同时也是人体八种必需糖之一。作为一种重要的基础糖,L-岩藻糖在多个领域发挥着重要作用。L-岩藻糖生产方式单一,且成本较高。而L-岩藻糖在医药、食品、化妆品方面的应用也越来越受欢迎。近些年来不少国内外学者对L-岩藻糖的生产方式及应用方面进行了探索,文章对国内外近些年来L-岩藻糖的生产制备方式及应用领域进行了综述。L-fucose is an oligosaccharide and one of the eight essential sugars in human body.As an important basic sugar,L-fucose plays an important role in many fields.The production mode of L-fucose is single and the cost is high.The application of L-fucose in medicine,food and cosmetics is more and more popular.In recent years,many scholars at home and abroad have explored the production and application of L-fucose.This paper reviews the production and application of L-fucose in recent years.
