出口贸易、所有制结构与技术创新投入--基于中国高技术产业的实证分析

摘　　要：考察中国五大高技术产业出口对技术创新投入的影响,并综合分析所有制结构在其中所产生的影响,发现出口能够促进企业将更多的资金投入到自主创新中,但随着三资企业比重的提高,这种促进作用在减弱,出口加重了我国高技术产业模仿创新投入内部结构不合理的现象。分样本回归的结果表明,由于各行业三资企业比重差异明显,三资企业对自主创新投入的影响差异较大。因此,要从不同行业的角度来制定和完善高技术产业对外贸易政策以促进出口,调整引进外资的行业结构,重视对引进技术的消化吸收,保护和扶持民族企业发展以推动自主创新。This paper investigates the impact of China five high-tech industries ’ exports on technological innovation investment,and comprehensively analyzes the impact of ownership structure. It is found that exports can promote enterprises to invest more capital in independent innovation,but with the proportion of the three types of foreign-funded enterprises increasing,this promotion effect is weakening,and exports aggravate the internal structure unreasonability of China high-tech industry’s imitative innovation investment.The results of sub-sample regression show that due to the obvious difference in the proportion of the three types of foreign-funded enterprises in various industries,the influence of these foreign-funded enterprises on independent innovation investment is quite different. Therefore,it is necessary to formulate and improve the foreign trade policies of high-tech industries from the perspective of different industries so as to promote import and export,adjust the industrial structure of introducing foreign capital,attach importance to the digestion and absorption of imported technology,protect and support the development of national enterprises to promote independent innovation.
