摘　　要：中、高压电缆的绝缘线芯在交联反应中会有交联副产物生成,一部分附着在绝缘屏蔽表面,一部分会在交联管道内壁形成焦垢。通过在冷却器风机的出口处安装过滤装置,过滤掉氮气中的气态交联副产物,消除绝缘屏蔽表面附着物,防止交联管道内壁生成焦垢,使绝缘屏蔽表面保持清洁、光亮。The insulation core of medium and high voltage cables will always generate cross linking byproducts in the cross linking reaction.Some of them will be attached to the insulation shielding surface,and some of them will form coke scale on the inner wall of cross linked pipes.By installing a filter device at the outlet of the cooler fan,the gas cross linking byproducts in nitrogen will be filtered out,eliminating the adhesion on the insulation shielding surface,preventing coke formation on the inner wall of cross linked pipes,keeping the insulation shielding surface clean and bright.
