摘 要:喷雾热分解技术是一种先进的材料制备方法,在国内外金属材料及无机非金属材料制备等方面得到了广泛应用。对该技术在四氧化三钴生产中的应用进行了深入研究,采用氯化钴溶液喷雾热分解生产得到了合格的四氧化三钴产品,其生产工艺流程短,原料储存少,成本低,环境友好,经济效益好,对提升钴粉体材料技术水平,提高四氧化三钴产品市场竞争力,具有重要的意义。Spray thermal decomposition is an emerging material preparation method and has been widely used in the preparation of metal materials and inorganic non-metallic materials at home and abroad. Jinchuan Company has conducted in-depth research on the application of this technology in the production of cobalt tetroxide, and has produced qualified cobalt tetroxide products by spray thermal decomposition of cobalt chloride solution. Its production process is short, raw material input is low, cost is low, no pollution, and economic benefits are good.
