摘　　要：介绍酒钢球团竖炉配用某高硫格尔木精矿(S含量1.5%以下简称格尔木精矿),开展本次工业生产试验,一方面确定高硫格尔木精矿的后期使用方案;另一方面摸索确定球团竖炉对应脱硫系统可承受的高限S负荷,为后期合理使用高S精矿提供技术支持。试验结果表明,一是精矿S含量控制上限标准0.52%,脱硫系统原烟气SO2浓度5 100 mg/Nm^3,脱硫系统可实现稳定运行;二是试验过程生球及竖炉热工参数控制均按标准执行,生球爆裂现象较前期未有明显的增加,球团矿抗压强度稳定在2 700 N/个,说明精矿S含量控制在标准上限范围内生产,对生产及球团矿质量影响不大。This paper introduces the application of high sulfur Gelmud concentrate(S content 1.5%,hereiafter referred to as Gelmud concentrate)inpellet shaft furnace of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co,lanunching this industrial production test,one the one hand,to determine the later use plan of high sulfur concentrate;on the other corresponding desulfurization system can withstand high S load,to provide technical support for the later rational use of high sulfur concentrate.The test results show that:fist,the upper limint of S content control of concentrate is 0.52%,SO2 content of the original flue gas of desulfurization system is 5 100 mg/Nm^3,and the control measures of desulfurization system are in place,which can run steadily;secondly duiring the tese,the control of rawpellet and data thermai parameters are carried out in accordance with the standard,the phenomenon of raw lellet bursting has not increasede significantly compressive with the previous period.The compressive strength of pellets is stable at 2 700 N/pellet,which indicates that the S content of concentrate is controllde within the upper limit of the standard,and has little effect on the quality of pellets in the production process.
