摘　　要：碳钢薄板厂钢水接收跨四台200 T冶金铸造起重机主钩控制主要为定子调压调速器转子切电阻控制。整车采用西门子S7-300 PLC系统控制,主钩安全运行关键部位为一套定子调压调速器控制两台电机同步运行。原车设计存在安全隐患,为了消除安全隐患保证设备稳定运行在主钩电机侧与卷筒侧加装速度检测装置,同时在卷筒部位新增安全制动器,保证设备在异常状况下安全停车避免重大事故发生。The main hook control of molten steel receiving span of four 200 T metallurgical casting cranes in carbon steel sheet factory is mainly the rotor cutting resistance control of stator voltage governor. The whole vehicle is controlled by Siemens S7-300 PLC system, and the key part of the safe operation of the main hook is a set of stator voltage governor to control the synchronous operation of the two motors. In order to eliminate the hidden danger of safety in the design of the original vehicle, in order to ensure the stable operation of the equipment on the side of the main hook motor and the side of the drum, the speed detection device is installed on the side of the main hook motor and the side of the drum. At the same time, the safety brake is added to the part of the drum to ensure the safe parking of the equipment to avoid major accidents.
