基于材料热阻的辐射空调末端换热性能分析

摘  要:毛细管换热器表面敷设的装饰层材料对辐射顶板表面温度和热流密度有较大的影响,本文提出材料热阻的概念,通过模拟得出材料热阻值,再进行拟合得出装饰层导热系数和材料热阻的函数曲线图,通过实验验证模拟的准确性。结果表明基于材料热阻的工程预估具有较为精确的实际应用价值。The decorative layer material laid on the surface of capillary heat exchanger has great influence on the surface temperature and heat flux of radiation roof;then the concept of thermal resistance of materials is proposed in this paper;thermal resistance value of material is obtained by simulation and the function curves of thermal conductivity and material thermal resistance of decorative layer are obtained by fitting;then the accuracy of simulation is verified through experiments. The results show that the engineering prediction based on material thermal resistance has more precise practical application value.
