摘 要:为研究建筑能耗模拟过程中各设定参数对建筑总能耗的影响,采用EnergyPlus能耗模拟软件,以重庆市某示范工程建筑建立基准模型,通过大样本调查问卷掌握该地区居民实际用能行为规律,分别计算了空调设定温度,空调运行时间,空调能效比和室内热扰等不同模拟工况下的建筑总能耗,并通过相关性分析得出各参数对建筑能耗影响的显著性水平。To analyze the impact of energy simulation setting parameters on building energy consumption, Energy Plus was used to simulate the annual energy consumption, also the baseline model is based on a demonstration project in Chongqing. In this article, the occupant behavior was investigated through questionnaire survey, also the total energy consumption was calculated in different conditions of air conditioning setting temperature, air conditioning operation period, EER and internal load in residential buildings. In addition, the significant effect of energy simulation setting parameters on annual energy consumption was analyzed by way of correlation analysis.
