摘　　要：[目的/意义]以语义本体为媒介,重构社会化标注系统的关联数据创建与发布框架,促进社会化标注系统中关键数据集的关联与共享。[方法/过程]采用实证研究方法,在知识组织系统的视角下分析以本体为媒介的大众分类法与关联数据融合机理,从方法、步骤和工具三个层面搭建社会化标注系统关联数据创建与发布框架FolktoLink Model,并以豆瓣音乐标注平台中的数据为例,验证了框架的可行性。[结果/结论]研究发现,采用FolktoLink Model发布的社会化标注系统关联数据,语义更丰富、共享性更高。依据发布的社会化标注系统关联数据,可实现基于关联数据的社会化标注系统资源再组织,有效弥补大众分类法形式化弱、语义模糊、结构稀疏等缺陷。[Purpose/Significance]The framework of the creation and publishing of linked data is reconstructed to promote the association and sharing of core sets in social tagging system by means of semantic ontology.[Method/Process]The paper analyzes the fusion mechanism of ontology-mediated folksonomy and linked data from the perspective of knowledge organization system and establishes the FolktoLink Model at three levels:methods,procedures and tools.And the feasibility of the framework is verified by empirical research based on the data collecting from Douban Music.[Result/Conclusion]The research results show that the linked data published through the FolktoLinK Model can get richer semantics and higher sharing.Resources reorganization in the Social tagging system is implemented on the basis of linked data published through the FolktoLink Model.And the native defects of folksonomy are made up,such as poor formalization,semantic fuzziness and structural sparsity.
