摘　　要：目的:探究不规则抗体筛检在围产期孕妇产前检查中的临床应用价值。方法:择取2018年1月~2019年1月某院妇产科收治的围产期孕妇160例,按照入院单双号分为观察组与对照组各80例。观察组为入院号为单号的孕妇,在产前检查中开展不规则抗体筛检;对照组为入院号为双号的孕妇,在产前检查中未进行不规则抗体检验。观察两组产妇的妊娠结果、手术情况、并发症发生情况及生活质量。结果:观察组产妇的顺产率、手术情况及分娩后产妇的生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对围产期孕妇产前检查中开展不规则抗体筛查,能够更加准确了解产妇身体状况,有益于提升产妇顺产率,改善其生活质量。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of irregular antibody screening in prenatal examination of pregnant women in perinatal period. Methods:160 perinatal pregnant women from Jan 2018 to Jan 2019 were divided into observation group(n=80) and control group(n=80). The observation group was pregnant women whose admission number was single. Irregular antibody screening was carried out in prenatal examination. The control group was the pregnant women whose admission number was double, and no irregular antibody test was performed during prenatal examination. The results of pregnancy, operation, complications and quality of life were observed. Results: The normal rate of delivery, the operation and the quality of life of the pregnant women in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The screening of irregular antibodies in prenatal examination of perinatal pregnant women can more accurately understand the maternal health status, which is beneficial to improve maternal yield and improve their quality of life.
