摘  要:结合南宁市快速道路交通状况,分析城市快速环路拥堵情况日益加剧的主要原因,在此基础上,从交通网络均衡的角度,提出加快骨架路网、次干路和支路的协调建设,其中骨架路网以一级和二级疏解通道协同建设,以提高主通道交通转换能力。升级立交节点功能,包括取消不合理侧分带出入口,改造侧分带出入口设置形式为平行式,优化沿线单位出入口设置等措施。最后,对路网近、远期建设进行了时序安排,并进行交通分配,以提升快速道路网的交通效率,为南宁市快速道路交通规划和整治研究提供一定的理论和实践借鉴。Combined with the fast road traffic conditions of Nanning, this paper analyzes the main reasons for the increasing congestion of urban fast loop road. On this basis, from the perspective of traffic network equilibrium, it proposes to accelerate the coordinated construction of skeleton road network, secondary trunk road and branch road, in which the skeleton road network is constructed by the coordinated construction of primary and secondary dredging channels, so as to improve the traffic conversion capacity of the main channel;And to upgrade the function of the overpass node, including canceling the unreasonable side belt inlet and outlet, transforming the side belt inlet and outlet into parallel, and optimizing the unit along the line and so on. In the end, the timing of the near and long term construction of the road network is arranged, and the traffic distribution is carried out to improve the traffic efficiency of the rapid road network and provide certain theoretical and practical reference for the research on the rapid road traffic planning and regulation in Nanning.
