摘 要:托管作为紧密型的医联体模式,是推进三级医院对口帮扶贫困县县级医院的具体帮扶和优质资源下沉有效措施之一。在托管过程中,打造一支优良的医务人员队伍是托管成败的关键因素之一。本研究以被托管的新疆某贫困县县级医院为对象,归纳和分析托管中人事管理的成功经验,同时分析不足,并提出下一步工作思路,从而进一步提升新疆公立医院托管的整体效果和贫困县县级医院综合服务能力。Trusteeship, as a close medical consortium model, is one of the effective measures to promote the specific assistance and high-quality resource sinking of tertiary hospitals to assist poor county and county hospitals. In the process of trusteeship, building an excellent team of medical personnel is one of the key factors for the success or failure of trusteeship. In this study, a poor county-level hospital in Xinjiang was entrusted, and the successful experience of personnel management in trusteeship was summarized and analyzed. At the same time, the deficiencies were analyzed,and the next step was proposed to further improve the overall effectiveness and poverty of trusteeship in Xinjiang public hospital Comprehensive service capacity of county-level hospitals.
