摘　　要：目的建立银菊感冒胶囊中绿原酸含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Hypersil ODS2(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(9∶91)为流动相;流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:327 nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:10μl;理论板数按绿原酸峰计算不低于1000。结果绿原酸进样量在0.04348~0.39132μg内线性关系良好,r=0.9997(n=6),平均回收率为98.66%,RSD=0.83%(n=5)。结论本次建立的方法操作简便快捷,结果可靠,可用于银菊感冒胶囊中绿原酸的含量测定。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Yinju Ganmao capsules.Methods Hypersil ODS2(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)chromatographic column;acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid solution(9∶91)as mobile phase;flow rate:1.0 ml/min;detection wavelength:327 nm;column temperature:30℃Injection volume:10μl;theoretical plate count is not less than1000 based on chlorogenic acid peak calculation.Results The chlorogenic acid injection volume was in a linear relationship between 0.04348 and 0.39132μg,r=0.9997(n=6),the average recovery was 98.66%,and RSD=0.83%(n=5).Conclusion The method established this time is simple and quick,and the results are reliable.It can be used for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Yinju Ganmao capsules.
