雷神山应急临时医院结构设计体会

摘　　要：7.9万m^2,1500张床位,2300名医务工作者,12天完成交付,这就是"中国速度"下的武汉雷神山医院。雷神山医院整体按照传染病医院标准设计,包括医护生活区、隔离病区及相关配套用房。结构设计中针对短期建成的目标,采用了装配式建造的手段。因地制宜地利用场地条件,应用了多种基础形式以满足建筑需求。根据不同的建筑功能和空间需求选择了合理的装配式建造方式。为了尽可能利用模块集成的优势而采用了集装箱式房屋体系,同时对集装箱结构性能进行了分析验证。为了在集成度与灵活性中取得平衡采用了轻钢活动板房体系,为了弥补标准化成品体系的不足选择了钢结构体系。针对应急施工配合的风险,采取了相应加强措施。该工程的顺利实施验证了结构的合理性与设计的可靠性,设计中的一些体会可供同类临时传染病医院参考。Wuhan Leishenshan Hospital with 79,000 square meters,which can accommodate 1,500 beds and 2300 medical workers,is completed in construction within 12 days,a record construction speed in China.Leishenshan Hospital is designed in accordance with the standards of infectious disease hospitals,including medical and living areas,isolated ward areas and related supporting houses.In the structural design,the method of prefabricated construction was adopted for the short-term completion goal.According to the local conditions,the site conditions are used,and a variety of foundation forms are applied to meet the needs of the building.A reasonable prefabricated construction method was selected according to different building functions and space requirements.In order to take advantage of module integration as much as possible,a container-type house system was adopted,and the performance of the container structure was analyzed and verified.In order to achieve a balance between integration and flexibility,a light steel mobile board house system was adopted,and a steel structure system was selected to make up for the deficiency of the standardized finished product system.In response to the risks of emergency construction cooperation,corresponding strengthening measures were taken.The smooth implementation of this project has verified the rationality of the structure and the reliability of the design.Some of the experiences in the design can be used as a reference for similar temporary infectious disease hospitals.
