摘　　要：通过对武汉长征方舱医院暖通系统的介绍,探讨了仓库类建筑改造为临时应急医院通风空调系统的设计思路,认为应急医院的改造设计应从时间、安全、规范及成本等方面综合考虑,既要高效快速建成,又要基本满足规范及使用要求。重点论述了卫生通过区的气流组织设计方法;另外强调此类隔离病房通风空调设计在充分保护医护人员和病人安全同时,还应尽量保证室内舒适性。Through the introduction of the HVAC system of Wuhan Long March mobile cabin hospital,we discuss the design of ventilation and air conditioning system for the transformation of storehouse building into temporary emergency hospital.In order to build quickly and efficiently and satisfy the specifications and use requirements,the reconstruction design of emergency hospitals should be considered in terms of time,safety,specifications,and costs.Then we focus on the airflow organization design method of the sanitation pass.Besides,we also emphasize that the ventilation and air conditioning design of this kind of isolation ward should protect the safety of medical staff and patients while ensuring indoor comfort as much as possible.
