摘　　要：目的探讨内科胸腔镜并闭式引流术在胸腔积液围手术期的护理。方法选取2014年4月至2018年12月在本科进行胸腔镜手术的患者73例,予以综合性护理干预,并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果通过护理干预,所有患者顺利完成了内科胸腔镜手术,没有出现严重并发症。结论加强胸腔积液患者在内科胸腔镜围手术期的护理干预,从术前准备、术中配合和术后护理等方面落实规范化护理,能有效降低并发症的发生,促进疾病康复。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing for medical thoracoscopy combined with closed drainage for pleural effusion.Methods Seventy-three patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery in our department from April 2014 to December 2018 were selected to receive comprehensive nursing interventions,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Result The nursing interventions allowed all patients to complete the thoracoscopic surgery successfully without severe complications.Conclusions It is desirable to strengthen perioperative nursing interventions for medical thoracoscopic surgeries for patients with pleural effusion,and to implement standardized nursing in terms of preoperative preparations,intraoperative cooperation,and postoperative nursing,so as to effectively reduce the incidence of complications and facilitate patients’recovery.
