摘　　要：目的探讨持续质量改进管理对可复用器械消毒灭菌质量及科室满意度的影响。方法选择2015年6月至2017年5月未实施持续质量改进管理期间本院消毒供应中心负责消毒的2682件可复用器械为对照组,另选择2017年6月至2019年5月实施持续质量改进管理期间本院消毒供应中心负责消毒的2682件可复用器械为研究组。比较两组器械消毒灭菌合格率及科室满意度。结果研究组可复用器械清洗合格率、消毒灭菌合格率、包装合格率分别为99.78%、99.89%、99.81%,均高于对照组的99.22%、99.29%、99.18%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组科室总满意度高于对照组(96.67%比90.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进管理能够提升可复用器械消毒灭菌质量,保障患者安全,且利于提高科室满意度。Objective To explore the impact of continuous quality improvement management on the quality of disinfection and sterilization of reusable instruments and department satisfaction.Methods From June 2015 to May 2017,2,682 reusable instruments that the disinfection supply center of our hospital was responsible for disinfection were selected as the control group before the implementation of continuous quality improvement management.From June 2017 to May 2019,2,682 reusable instruments that the disinfection supply center of our hospital was responsible for disinfection were selected as the research group during the implementation of continuous quality improvement management.The qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization and department satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rate of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization,and packaging in the study group(99.78%,99.89%,99.81%)were higher than those in the control group(99.22%,99.29%,99.18%),with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).The departmental satisfaction of the study group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(90.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement management can improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization of reusable instruments,ensure patient safety,and help improve departmental satisfaction.
