理筋推拿结合脊柱平衡训练治疗腰椎失稳症疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察评价分析理筋推拿结合脊柱平衡训练(主动康复训练)治疗腰椎失稳症(LIS)的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月本院康复医学科收治的腰椎失稳症患者86例,随机对照试验(RCT)分为两组,各43例。对照组给予理筋推拿治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予结合脊柱平衡训练治疗。治疗4周后,比较两组治疗后的临床疗效、JOA及VAS评分。结果观察组总有效率为95.35%,显著高于对照组81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者JOA、VAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,观察组JOA评分为(27.19±1.83)分,高于对照组(19.27±0.92)分,VAS评分为(1.43±0.49)分,低于对照组(3.57±0.67)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论理筋推拿结合脊柱平衡训练治疗腰椎失稳症(LIS)能够显著提高临床疗效,安全性高,值得康复医学科大力推广应用。Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of tendon massage combined with spinal balance training(active rehabilitation training)in the treatment of lumbar instability.Methods 86 patients with lumbar instability who were admitted to our department from January to December,2018 were enrolled,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by randomized controlled trial,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given tendon massage;in addition,the observation group did spinal balance training.After 4 weeks’treatment,the clinical efficacies and the JOA and VAS scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(95.35%vs.81.40%;P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the scores of JOA and VAS between the two groups before the treatment(both P>0.05).After the treatment,the JOA score was higher and the VAS score was lower in the observation group than in the control group[(27.19±1.83)vs.(19.27±0.92)and(1.43±0.49)vs.(3.57±0.67);both P<0.05].Conclusion Tendon massage combined with spinal balance training for lumbar instability can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and is safe,so it is worthy of promotion and application.
