动态空气消毒器联合含氯消毒剂消毒在无层流设备接台手术室空气消毒中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析动态空气消毒器联合含氯消毒剂在无层流设备接台手术室空气消毒中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年5月本院128例手术时间>2 h的手术间次,按消毒方法不同分为两组,各64例。对照组予以动态空气消毒器,观察组在对照组基础上予以含氯消毒剂。记录对比第1台手术前、第1台手术毕、第2台手术前、第2台手术毕手术室消毒合格率、消毒前、消毒后、手术2 h手术室菌落数、两组患者感染率。结果观察组第1台手术毕手术室消毒合格率、第2台手术毕手术室消毒合格率分别为100.00%(64/64)、100.00%(64/64),均高于对照组84.38%(54/64)、71.88%(46/64),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组手术2 h手术室菌落数为(114.12±13.34)cfu/m3,低于对照组(161.54±14.82)cfu/m3,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组感染率6.25%(4/64)与对照组12.50%(8/64)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论动态空气消毒器联合含氯消毒剂应用于无层流设备接台手术室空气消毒中,可提高第1台手术毕、第2台手术毕手术室消毒合格率,减少手术2 h手术室菌落数,且患者感染率低。Objective To analyze the application value of dynamic air sterilizer combined with chlorinecontaining disinfectant in air disinfection of consecutive operation room without laminar flow equipment.Methods A total of 128 operation room times with the operation time over 2 h taken at our hospital from January,2018 to May,2019 were selected and were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 64 in each group.A dynamic air sterilizer was used in the control group;and the observation group was given chlorinecontaining disinfectant on the basis of the control group.The disinfection qualified rates before and after the first and second operations,the colony numbers before and after disinfection and 2 h after operation,and the infection rates were compare between the two groups.Results The qualified rates of disinfection after the first and second operations in the observation group both were 100.00%(64/64),and those in the control group were 84.38%(54/64)and 71.88.%(46/64)(both P<0.05).The number of colonies in the operating room 2 h after surgery of the observation group was less than that of the control group[(114.12±13.34)cfu/m3 vs.(161.54±14.82)cfu/m3;P<0.05].The infection rate of the observation group was 6.25%(4/64),and that of the control group 12.50%(8/64)(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of dynamic air sterilizer combined with chlorine-containing disinfectant in the air disinfection of the consecutive operation room without laminar flow equipment can improve the qualified rate of disinfection in the first and second operations,and reduce the number of colonies in the operating room 2 h after operation.And the patients'infection rate is low.
