老年阿尔茨海默病患者徘徊行为影响因素及其护理对策探究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年阿尔茨海默病患者徘徊行为影响因素及其护理对策。方法选择本院2017年3月至2019年3月收治的阿尔茨海默病患者100例,借助Algase徘徊量表评价患者徘徊行为,通过单因素分析、多因素logistic回归分析筛选徘徊行为影响因素,据此确定护理对策。结果经Algase徘徊量表评价得到,存在徘徊行为的老年阿尔茨海默病患者共42例,发生率为42.00%;单因素分析显示,老年阿尔茨海默病患者徘徊行为相关因素有年龄、痴呆程度、NPI总分、情感淡漠因子、照料者苦恼,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析显示,老年阿尔茨海默病患者徘徊行为影响因素有痴呆程度、NPI总分、情感淡漠因子,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论老年阿尔茨海默病患者徘徊行为加大了照护难度,需加大对严重痴呆、精神行为异常、情感淡漠患者的关注,积极采取相应护理对策,以降低患者走失、跌倒风险。Objective To investigate the influencing factors and nursing strategies of sputum behavior in elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with Alzheimer's disease admitted to our hospital from March,2017 to March,2019 were enrolled.The sputum behavior was evaluated by Algase.The factors affecting sputum behavior were screened by univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Based on this,the nursing countermeasures were determined.Results Evaluation by Algase scale showed that 42 elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease had sputum behavior,with an incidence of 42.00%.Univariate analysis showed that the patients’sputum behavior in elderly patients was correlated with age,dementia degree,total score of NPI,emotional apathy factor,and caregiver distress(all P<0.05).And multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the patients’sputum behavior were dementia degree,total score of NPI,and emotional apathy factor(all P<0.05).Conclusion The formation of sputum behavior in elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease has increased the difficulty of care.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the attention of patients with severe dementia,abnormal mental behavior,and NPI apathy,and to actively take corresponding nursing strategies to reduce their risk of loss and fall.
