摘　　要：目的:观察持续气道正压通气(CPAP)对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者心功能和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年11月至2019年10月山东省菏泽市定陶区人民医院收治的CHF合并OSAHS患者70例作为研究对象,按随机编号法分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组仅给予药物治疗,观察组给予药物+CPAP治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后心功能和睡眠质量的变化。结果:治疗后,观察组的心功能和睡眠质量均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CPAP可有效改善CHF合并OSAHS患者的心功能以及睡眠质量。Objective:To observe effects of continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)on cardiac function and sleep quality in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:A total of 70 patients with CHF and OSAHS who were admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into control group and observation group by random numbering method,35 cases in each group.The control group was only given drug treatment,while observation group was given drug and CPAP.The changes in cardiac function and sleep quality before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,cardiac function and sleep quality of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CPAP can effectively improve cardiac function and sleep quality in patients with CHF and OSAHS.
