针对性心理护理对白内障患者术后生活及睡眠质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析针对性心理护理对白内障患者术后生命质量及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年4月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的白内障患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组39例。对照组进行常规心理护理干预,观察组则进行针对性心理护理干预。比较2组的生命质量与睡眠质量。结果:观察组的生命质量及睡眠质量优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性心理护理模式可有效缓解白内障患者的不良情绪,提升患者生命质量,改善患者的睡眠情况,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze the influence of targeted psychological nursing for postoperative life quality and sleep quality of patients with cataract.Methods:78 patients with cataract in First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from June 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 39 cases in each group.The control group were with routine psychological nursing intervention,the observation group were with targeted psychology nursing intervention.Then the life quality and sleep quality of two groups were compared.Results:The quality of life and sleep excellent and good rates of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The targeted psychological nursing mode can effectively alleviate the bad mood of patient with cataract,improve the patient′s quality of life and sleep,so it has high clinical application value.
