前瞻性护理对ICU清醒患者不良情绪及睡眠质量的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:探析ICU清醒患者接受前瞻性护理对其睡眠质量和不良情绪的影响。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年8月福建医科大学附属协和医院收治的ICU治疗的清醒患者50例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组给与常规护理,观察组给与前瞻性护理,比较不同护理模式对患者情绪和睡眠的影响。结果:经干预后,观察组的负面情绪评分和睡眠质量指数评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对ICU清醒患者实施前瞻性护理有利于改善患者的不良情绪,同时有利于提升患者的睡眠质量,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of prospective nursing on sleep quality and bad mood of awake patients in ICU.Methods:A total of 50 awake patients admitted to the union hospital affiliated to fujian medical university from September 2018 to August 2019 in the ICU were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 25 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received prospective nursing.Results:After intervention,the negative mood score and sleep quality index score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prospective nursing for awake patients in ICU is beneficial to improve their bad mood and improve their sleep quality,which is worthy of promotion.
