优质护理在心血管内科的临床应用及对患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:为心血管内科患者实施优质护理干预,并对护理效果进行分析。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年9月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的心血管内科患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,观察组给与优质护理干预,对照组给与常规护理,比较2组的满意度、住院天数、症状改善天数、心理状态、睡眠质量方面的差异。结果:接受优质护理的观察组在以上5个维度上测得的相关数据均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与常规护理方式相比,优质护理更有助于心血管内科患者提升睡眠质量、降低治疗成本以及缩短康复时间,可在临床得到推广应用。Objective:To implement quality nursing intervention for cardiovascular patients and analyze the nursing effect.Methods:A total of 80 cases select from March 2018 to September 2019,fujian medical university first affiliated hospital with cardiovascular internal medicine were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group,observation group to give high quality nursing intervention,control group given routine nursing care,compared two groups of satisfaction,hospitalization days,symptoms improve the number of days,psychological state,the sleep quality differences.Results:The data measured in the above five dimensions in the observation group receiving quality care were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with routine nursing,quality nursing is more helpful for cardiovascular patients to improve sleep quality,reduce treatment cost and shorten recovery time.
