摘 要:为了向配电网端多能互补工程投资与成本收益管理提供理论支撑和决策依据,提出了一种基于全寿命周期理论的配网端多能互补工程经济评价方法.从全寿命周期成本收益角度出发,构建了成本分析模型与收益分析模型.引入了环境收益因素,并通过引入小型碳排放权交易将其转换为经济收益,用于定量研究其对发电成本的降低作用.结果表明,所提算法和模型可以从全寿命周期的时间角度有效、全面地评估多能互补工程项目的经济收益,可以作为配电网端多能互补工程项目投资决策与成本收益管理的一般性评估方法.In order to provide both theoretical support and decision-making basis for the investment and cost-benefit management of multi-energy complementary projects at the distribution network terminal,an economic evaluation method for multi-energy complementary projects based on full life cycle theories was proposed.From the cost-benefit perspective of whole life cycle,the cost and benefit analysis models were established.The environmental benefit factor was introduced and further converted into economic benefits by incorporating small carbon emission trading.In addition,the environmental benefit factor was used to quantitatively study its reduction effect on the power generation costs.The results show that the as-proposed algorithm and model can effectively and comprehensively evaluate the economic benefits of multi-energy complementary projects from the chronological perspective of whole life cycle,which can be used as a general evaluation method for the investment decision-making and cost-benefit management of multi-energy complementary projects at the distribution network terminal.
