摘  要:城市大型地下建筑顶板的景观绿化,可以更好地利用大型地下建筑顶板的空间,提升城市人均绿地面积,扩充建设新型城市“海绵体”。深入分析了大型地下建筑顶板景观绿化的生态功能效应、设计关键因素、各类荷载设计以及安全性设计要点。结果表明,设计中应注重因地制宜,充分利用地形与高差以及植被的选择与搭配来塑造景观特色,建立了建筑顶板绿化景观元素荷载的技术指标参照系统,同时给出了安全性设计的技术参考。Landscape greening of urban large-scale underground building roofs can be guidance of not only space usage of large-scale underground building roofs,but also accelerating per capita public green area.Even more,it is the effective foundation of new sponge construction in city.This paper analyzes eco-functional effects on landscaping of urban large-scale underground building roofs,influencing key elements of the landscape greening design,the classified calculation of load designs as well as of security design in thorough analysis.The paper shows that the design should make full use of suitable conditions,take advantages of terrain and height difference,as well as plants choice and collocation to shape the landscape features.In consideration of volume-weight and load of different kinds of greening landscape elements,the article suggests that materials of planting and covering should choose light-weight type.Furthermore,the paper builds a reference system of landscape greening technical indicators.Simultaneously,it proposes the technical reference for safety design.
