摘　　要：郁证性乳甚为多见。情志不遂肝气郁结,继而导致气滞痰凝血瘀,是郁证性乳癖的主要病因病机。郁证性乳癖除了局部症状外,通常具有情志类表现和(或)隐性郁证常见的躯体症状。治疗郁证性乳癖当以疏肝理气解郁为基础,结合化痰活血、软坚散结。This paper considers that most of the cyclomastopathy are cyclomastopathy due to depression syndrome.The main etiology and pathogenesis of cyclomastopathy due to depression syndrome is phlegm retention with blood stasis caused by stagnation of liver Qi.Besides some local symptoms,cyclomastopathy due to depression syndrome is always with emotional symptoms and somatization of hidden depression syndrome.The treatment of cyclomastopathy due to depression syndrome should be on the basis of soothing the liver and regulating the Qi and dispelling the stagnation,it should also be combined with promoting blood circulation and reducing phlegm,resolving hard lump as well.The latter also belongs to the category of“treating from the aspect of depression”.
